In this photo there is a high school senior who is prepared to walk off campus for the last time as a student. Finally going to become a graduate after accomplishing four stressful years of high school, all those late nights staying up doing homework finally paid off. It's time tp take a big step into the real life. As the student is walking with their cap and gown in her hands, she realizes she is prepared for the next hardships that life will throw her way. Whether it takes 5 or 10 years to achieve who she wants to be in this life she will achieve it because there is no stopping her when she wants to accomplish a task. She wants to be someone and will overcome any obstacles. You cannot put to waste this education that we are given. Therefore use this opportunity to reach out for your dreams even if they may seem impossible. Always strive for what you really want because it won't be handed to you.

The food item I brought was a cheesecake with a big strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and some strawberry jam on top all within a crust. The props I provided were a fork, a candle, 2 slices of oranges, a thin cutting board, and a small yellow flower with the green stems. If there were five things I learned from the food photography video and presentation that I didn't know before the first would be that natural lighting from outside is probably the best kinda of lighting then any kinda of flash, the second would using the gold or silver reflectors will give your object a better look.
I was having some trouble trying to get the layers at first and trying to find things that looked like the letters I needed that is also why I chose a shorter name. I was proud of figuring that it wasn't as hard to follow the directions to creating my name project. I like best the outcome of my artwork and how the black and white makes it look better than the original colors, it is all one color and looks cool. I think I could have come up with better things to represent my letters and make it longer.
This is me 10 years from now, in my career as a an attending, orthopedic surgeon. I had decided to continue my career as this because I like to help people and making them feel better. I come across people who think they might not make it therefore I am the person to give them hope and having them back to normal. I enjoy what I chose to study as helping people is one of my specialties. This is a photograph of me at the event comic con with the actors of Prison Break Michael Scofield ( Wentworth Miller), Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell), and Theodore"T-Bag" (Robert Knepper). I admire these celebrities as their characters on the show. They are all intelligent and very good actors. It was a dream of mine to meet them one day and finally the day came and got to take a photo to remember that day.
To photograph the moon:
1. Use a tripod! A flat surface will only allow you to shoot straight, and shooting the moon means that you'll be shooting up and constantly re-adjusting the tripod as the moon moves throughout the night. 2. Use a shutter release cord, remote or the camera's self timer if you don't have one, so that you don't move the camera when pressing the shutter release during a long exposure. 3. Use a zoom lens and zoom in as much as you can to the moon. It's okay if it's not a super fancy lens, this was shot using a 15 year old $100 lens. Focus in on the craters and details on the moon. 4. ISO 1250- 1600, so that you can use as fast a shutter speed as you can without losing detail-the longer the shutter speed, the more chances you have the camera will shake even slightly in the wind, resulting in an out of focus photograph. 5. Aperture priority of f/5.6 since you are not worried about capturing any details other then the moon. 6. Bracket your exposure, meaning over expose and underexpose the photograph from what the camera is telling you. Generally the camera will overexpose the moon, so you'll get nothing but a white blob in the sky. Use the exposure compensation button (the +/- button below the shutter release) and change the exposure to -0.5, then -1.0, then -1.5 and so on, until you start seeing detail in the moon. You may go as far as -5.0 exposure compensation to get what you need. 7. Take a fair amount of photos and keep refocusing as the night progresses. The photographs may look focused on the camera's display, but you won't really see if they're completely in focus until you upload them onto your computer screen. Balance - This is a photograph of two orange traffic cones on the street taken in worms eye. The principle of balance is shown in the photograph as the cones are the same height therefore one is not taller or bigger then the other. This photo is successful because it shows the principle it is asking for. Proportion - This is a photograph of two palm trees that are not the same height. The principle shown in how the right palm tree is a little more taller then the left palm three. Yes this photo is successful because the proportion is completely notice in the palm trees. Rhythm - This is a photograph of standing legs holding up tables showing an example of rhythm in the way that they are in a following motion behind each other. This is successful showing rhythm. Emphasis - Variety - Unity -
This photo shows the element of Line in the rails in front of the basketball courts. Line keeps you going or keeps your attention going one way or the other. The shadow of the rails are also shown on the ground and the black and white effect make it look a little more intense. I think this photo is successful because the line element is noticeable. This photo shows the element of color in the objects in the mural on the wall. The colors used in the painting are very strong colors that will grab your attention and the orange really pops out when increasing the enhancement. I do think this photo works to show the element of color. This is a photograph showing the element of Shape, it has circle, Square, and Rectangle. Using different kinds of shapes help to create something better, in the circle it has "RBV High School". This is successful because it does have noticeable shapes. This is a picture of a tree stem, it is thick and taken in worms eye view to get the visual of the form it has. You can almost see it as if it was 3D because of the hight and width it has along with a little of the shadow from the tree. It is successful because you can see that the tree stem has form to it. This photograph is of a red lunch table. When you see it you can get the sense that this table will be a bit bumpy and smooth on the sides. This Photo shows the element of Texture. Yes, it is successful because you can easily get an idea of how it will feel. This is an open space where people can do little performances. It is successful, because you can easily see the open space in the photograph. Space is shown in-between the two trees on both sides. This is a photograph of branches on a tree with some sunlight trying to pop in between the branches, giving it a little value through some branches. This photo is successful because you actually can see where the sunlight is getting in between the branches of the tree.
Value- Value is the lightness or darkness of a surface. It is frequently used when talking about shading, but is also important in the study of color
